A little help getting started
Joining your family reunion
- Open the reunion link your committee shared. Review dates, events and ticket prices.
- Register each attendee and choose their event responses. “Still checking my schedule!” is fine when undecided.
- Save your registration code and private status link. A confirmation is queued if you provide a valid household email.
- Follow your family's offline payment instructions. Your committee records received payments, including partial payments; paying elsewhere does not update the site automatically.
- Use your private status link to check the current balance. An older email shows the balance when it was prepared.
Already registered? Use Recover your private status link on your reunion's registration page. Do not submit another registration just to recover a link. For attendee corrections, refunds, balances or event changes, contact your reunion committee.
Planning as Chair
- Accept your private invitation and choose the correct family workspace.
- Set reunion dates, location and family timezone.
- Create committees and positions; give helpers only the tools they need.
- Estimate attendance, build your cost plan, review age-group pricing and publish the agreed prices.
- Add events, decide which collect RSVPs, and prepare offline payment instructions.
- Write the public welcome and review protected family access. Keep access codes out of public content.
- Use the Chair readiness checklist, then make a practice registration before sharing the link.
- After the reunion, review arrivals, finances and lessons before closing. The Chair can reopen for a documented correction.
Helping on a committee
Use the invitation sent to your own email and select the correct workspace. On a phone, open Workspace menu to see your permitted sections. Ask the Chair if a tool you need is missing. Event RSVPs indicate plans; check-in records actual arrivals.
Digital check-in uses an internet connection. Prepare a printable list as a backup.
