This theme honors both our foundation and our flourishing branches. Here’s why it speaks to who we are:
“The Legacy of Myles” pays tribute to our origin story. It recognizes the enduring strength of the Myles name and the generations who built the foundation we stand on today.
“Woven with” was chosen with intention. It reflects how Idella (Myles) Ganison, Jessie May (Myles) Bell, Viola (Myles) Sawyer, and Gloria Jean (Myles) McCullum — the daughters and sisters of the Myles line — are not separate threads, but integral ones. Their families, stories, love, and leadership are interlaced with ours, forming a richer, stronger tapestry.
“The Strength of…” is a direct and heartfelt acknowledgment. These families have brought their own resilience, character, and grace into our shared legacy. They haven’t just joined us — they’ve helped shape us.
Our family’s strength lies in both our roots and our branches.
The Myles legacy is proud, and it is made even greater by the families we’ve been blessed to grow with.
We are stronger together.
📝 Registration & Financial Update
We are officially a month away from the reunion and we need to start acquiring items. We now have 115 people registered, but currently only 50% are paid.
🙏 A Message From the Committee:
We cannot wait for the last minute to start buying items, we need to start now. If you have ever planned an event or made a simple dinner reservation for 8 people at a restaurant and ordered appetizers beforehand for only 4 to show up, now you have to come out of pocket for the 4 that did show or let you know beforehand. I hope you understand what we are saying or getting at.
Payment reminders went out earlier from the reunion website. If somehow you got an email and have already paid, please give me a quick private note so we can discuss privately.

Thank you so much to everyone who purchased a shirt! Our order windows are officially closed, and the shirts have been sent over for printing so they arrive in time for our big weekend. We can’t wait to see our family branches showing their pride in our official colors!

📦 Important Shipping & Pickup Info
For Free Shipping Orders: If you selected the free bulk shipping option during the order windows, your shirts are being sent directly to Anthony’s house in Kalamazoo.
Pickup Details: All bulk-shipped orders will be sorted and ready for you to pick up on Thursday, Aug 6th at the Meet & Greet from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM in the Western Ballroom at the Holiday Inn West.
