SAMPLE COMMITTEE PLAN
Give everyone a clear part to play.
These starter committees are suggestions. The Chair can create and rename committees, assign positions and choose permissions for the family's needs.
A starting point for your committee
| Committee | Example responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Registration & Check-In | Attendee lists, welcome desk and arrivals |
| Food & Hospitality | Menus, quantities, equipment and hosting |
| Activities & Entertainment | Games, event timing and entertainment |
| Communications | Family updates and reunion information |
| Finance | Cost planning, received payments and balances |
| Travel & Lodging | Travel information and accommodation guidance |
| Memories & Media | Photos, family stories and keepsakes |
One person can wear several hats
Fictional helper Mary Rivera serves as Treasurer and Secretary. Multiple assignments can fit a small committee; the Chair reviews the combined access the person receives.
A title does not explain all access
Sam Rivera helps at check-in and can view attendee reports. Sam does not need permission to edit ticket prices, record payments or send messages. Review permissions separately from the position name.
Use individual invitations
Real helpers accept their own private invitations and use their own accounts. Avoid sharing the Chair's login. Site administration is separate from reunion committee roles.
Ready to plan your family's version?
Use the guide alongside your workspace. There is no sample-data import: these examples stay separate from your real family records.
